Debated Shipley over Legursky, but looks like Legursky has a leg up at this point. Considered cutting Madison for Bruce Davis, but Davis has shown absolute bupkis thus far. Would have had McHugh over Johnson but with his injury, they're going to be hard pressed to keep him on the active roster. I think Summers has lost his spot to Redman. He could get the nod over C. Davis, but I don't see the Steelers doing it at this point. I also hear they love Sonny Harris, but enough to cut Eason (perennial backup) or Kirschke (13 years older)?

Any egregious omissions?

Nothing egregious, but I would keep Shipley (younger and cheaper). I don't think McDonald makes the team to be the fifth WR either. I think Davis makes it, but I wish he wouldn't. If t hey like Harris as much as you hear, it is hard to see him getting cut either.

Shipley was a late round pick and hasn't done anything special. I wouldn't be surprised if he would make it through waivers to end up on the practice squad. Davis makes it over Summers.
