Randall Godfrey is inactive. Luis Castillo is active.
Bryan Thomas is active and all homer reports suggest he's safe to play as last week.
Donte Whitner and Terrence McGee are inactive. Matt Bowen likely to play SS. Coy Wire and Keith Ellison will likely split time at ROLB.
Shawntae Spencer is inactive again this week.

Early game notes:John Abraham is active today. Start at your own risk.
Both Chris Gamble and Ken Lucas are inactive today. Richard Marshall is still a safe bet for decent numbers, but the fourth corner (?Reggie Howard) may be the one that gets picked on today.
Matt McCoy is inactive today. It doesn't necessarily make Omar Gaither a safer play, though, as Shawn Barber is active and may get a fair number of nickel snaps.
Shelton Quarles is active this week. Hopefully he'll stay healthy enough to keep a mid-game switch from happening.
Derrick Johnson is active this week. No word on whether Keyaron Fox might get more playing time in rotation with Kendrell Bell or not. But Johnson appears to be a safe start; Fox not so much.
Bob Sanders will not play according to ESPN Countdown. Marlin Jackson continues his run as a musical safety. Antoine Bethea is active.
Deltha O'Neal is inactive today. Not a big issue given that he was demoted to 3rd CB this week in favor of Johnathan Joseph anyway. Joseph is a reasonably good play against the Raiders today if you're in a bind and get decent points for passes defended. The Bengals.com story doesn't note any other changes to the starting lineup, so the LB corps and gameplan likely stays the same. ETA: Ahmad Brooks is also on the inactive list today.
Likely already common knowledge in these parts, but Michael Strahan did not make the trip this week with the team. No definitive word on next week but it doesn't look good.
