Saw this app covered on our local news as an alternative to Payday Loans because there are no fees attached. In the end how does this app or any payday service help you get out of that financial rut. Should news stations be touting such apps. What happened to living within means and not overextending yourself. Killer was the person they interviewed was a few hundred dollars short for the down payment on his 2005 BMW 3 series. Wonder what the interest rate is on that purchase. Oof.

In all seriousness, there is a movement towards voluntary consumerism, but I would guess it's doomed. Just my opinion and two cents. This is also probably a way to insulate a corporation or entity against any new predatory lending laws that might crop up in federal or state legislation.
