Lee slid into him and rolled over his ankle/lower leg. I'm thinking either torn tendons in the ankle or broken leg. It's a matter of which one gave.

Carted off field and now left the stadium to go to hospital I'm guesing.

They said he was on crutches. He's gone for at least a month, for the season if broken.

Adam Everett suffered a fractured right leg in Thursday's game and will miss 4-8 weeks.

Everett was hurt in an outfield collision with Carlos Lee. It looks like the game's best defensive player will go another year without a Gold Glove. Mark Loretta will likely take over as the Astros' starting shortstop. It's a nice offensive upgrade, but the defensive downgrade will clearly outweigh that, as Loretta has little range left these days. Eric Bruntlett might actually be the better option as a regular. He'll likely be called up to serve as a utilityman.
