Do you need AP for this year?  That is a significant part of the evaluation.  I am not a fan of Samuel so that is blah to me so I wouldn't like this deal.  In general, the offer is fine.  I do believe that if you are out of contention that if AP puts another game or two of quality points you will be able to get much better from a contender needing a RB.
