I just thought about what albums I work out to most.

For leg day I need adrenaline and rage. I never found anything better than Slayer Reign in Blood.

For just adrenaline and many years of habit:

Metallica Master, Kill em All, and Garage Days. I worked out to Garage Days this morning.
