I wasn't going to play, but they needed one to fill in. Just trying to get a human feel on it. I've done the draft dominator.

Crazy scoring format, 12 team redraft league. I have the 11th pick. Here is the scoring format, and I some advice on drafting.

Plus 2 points for a FG of 45+ Yds

Fumble Lost, Including ST plays -2 points

Passing Two-point Conversion 2 points

Passing Interception -2 points

Passing TD 6 points

Plus 3 points for a PaTD of 40 to 100 Yds

Passing Yards= 1 point for every 25 PaYds

Receiving Two-point Conversion 2 points

Receiving TD 6 points

Plus 3 points for a ReTD of 40 to 100 Yds

Receiving Yards= 1 point for every 10 ReYds

Rushing Two-point Conversion 2 points

Rushing TD 10 points

Plus 5 points for a RuTD of 40 to 100 Yds

Rushing Yards= 1 point for every 10 RuYds

Defensive/ST Fumble Recovered= 5 points

Total Defensive and Special Teams TD= 6 points

Plus 3 points for a DTD of 40 to 100 Yds

Interceptions= 5 points

Points Against

0 - 6 PA = 8 points

7 - 13 PA = 6 points

14 - 20 PA = 4 points

21 - 27 PA = 2 points

Safety 2 points

Thanks

My quick guess is that WRs are at a disadvantage (w/o running the DD). You have passing TDs at 6 Pts and rushing TDs at 10 points, so I would look to grab a couple of solid RBs with the 11th and 14th picks..on the way back I would try to grab a WR/QB combo (best available)...basically you have to address the 10 pt rushing TD thing, but you can't ignore the 6pts/passing TD part either...I would target Brees in the third (if he is there...there is a chance as guys may be focused on picking up RBs) or maybe Roth in the 4th if Brees is not there.

Is this their first year with rushing TDs at 10 points?

Yes it is the 1st year like this. I was shocked when I looked at the scoring format, and saw a possible 15pts for a rushing td. DD says McGhee and TO should be my 1 & 2 targets. I'm also loving Brees in this format. Does rushing td's give V Young and T Jackson some value?

Honestly, with rushing tds that huge, I'd probably go RB-RB, maybe even rb-rb-rb. and probably target qbs like big ben. if you have to draft a rb in a rbbc, just go for goalline backs. i'd probably look for guys like ricky williams, deuce mcallister at the end.

just my quick two cents.
