**AFC North Doubleheader - Ravens at Browns**(-19.5, 41.5) Saturday Kickoff at 4:30 (1 Viewer)

I cannot remember a point spread this large in a long time, someone will have this information but Vegas is convinced the Browns won't show up

I think the Ravens make a statement here, as the Browns try to get/stay in QB range. Ravens are the best team in the AFC.

I think Lamar, Flowers, Bateman all get theirs. I could see Andrews maybe taking a smaller role this week, with Charlie Kolar likely back. The big question is Henry. 2000 yards is within reach (as is Barkley) if they really wanna push it. At the same time, maybe they get Keaton Mitchell some work this week. I'm not confident the Browns can stop the Ravens 2nd team.

I think the Browns offense is basically useless. No Ford, no Tillman, no Njoku, and QB is Zappe or DTR, when Zappe is the better option, you know its dire.

Ravens-34
Browns-6

Only reason to avoid betting this game is the Ravens are going to try very hard to get all the starters out before the end of the third quarter and keep the clock running

Got a feeling this might be like an exhibition game with some meaningless stats late for guys you’ll never again see on an NFL field

What a spread!
It's The NFL
Not an SEC homecoming game
But I don't think it's enough to take Cleveland
Vegas has the over/under at 41 1/2
So...

Ravens- 41
Elves- 1/2

Ravens going to win big.

I don’t think they are the best team in the AFC but I guess that will be proven one way or the other during the playoffs.

It's gonna be cold and very windy tomorrow. I don't know how good Cleveland's K & P are, but Baltimore's have been shaky.

If Winston was playing, I'd be petrified. And the Browns D is no joke. But I just don't think Cleveland can score enough with what they are trotting out there at QB. I think their D will keep them in it for 30-35 minutes, then the Ravens pull away.

Ravens 27, Browns 10

Taking the points. Browns be damned as bad as they are. The Ravens want to get the starters outta there asap. This will be pre season like garbage.

Ravens 27
Browns 10

The Browns have been the worst kicking team in the NFL this season. Hopkins is hitting 65% of his FGs and 84% of his XPs, which is embarrassing in 2024. Really came out of nowhere too, as he'd been 94% XPs and 86% FGs up to this season. Punter has been good though.

I really wonder if Henry might push for 2,000 yards. He needs 217, which isn't impossible, and if Barkley is out, Henry could win the rushing title. Also, he'd be the only person in NFL history with 2 2,000 yard seasons, which makes him an easy HOFer, likely 1st ballot. Probably depends how hot he comes out, but I can't help but feel like the Browns just roll over.

Ravens D has been legit good since they moved Hamilton back to Safety (he was playing lots of slot) and benching Marcus Williams and Eddie Jackson (who was also cut) that team that was giving up 30+ weekly, simply doesn't exist anymore. This is the best team in the AFC. Maybe KC pulls some Reid/Mahomes magic in the playoffs, but I think the Ravens are the AFC favorites.

How can you take the ball out of Zappe's hands like that? You aren't running the ball today. He got a 1st on the 1st play, and you are playing for nothing, why be conservative?

Would be playing for the #1 pick today if they didn't pull off the earlier Baltimore stunner

Its kinda weird they run that play with Andrews. Wouldn't it make more sense to do it with Henry? Or even Likely?
