After a Glimpse (1 Viewer)

Over half the year has passed and we have seen a glimpse of these guys. So now I have 3 questions.

Who will start producing at a top 10 caliber first?

Who will produce as a top ten rb the longest ?

And Finally in a Dynasty format Which 2 of the 3 would you target?

I personally Like K. Moreno the best. Denver will use him on every down. I thought he would be THE MAN by now. However Buckhalter keeps interferring. Addai seems to be doing better than alot had projected. Will T. Jonesbe gone next year?

I'd rank them the same for all of your measuring criteria:

1) Moreno

2) Greene

3) Brown

All three are splitting time, but Moreno and Greene are in similar situations in that they're splitting time with aging RBs. Moreno will (and already is) getting the larger share of the pie the fastest, and I think he'll be productive with the growing opportunity. Jones' role will diminish the job should be Greene's by the end of next season at the latest, but who knows if/when an injury to TJ might pop up. Brown is talented, but Addai is still very young. I see this as a MBIII/Felix/Choice situation where the upside for each back is limited because of the likelihood that no one is leaving any time soon.

are we looking at the 2009 class as a whole? or just these guys.

the class seems to be mired in less than desirable situations.

Knowshon should be excelling, but he looks a little tentative as does D.Brown

IMO wells is the guy to have from this class.

Moreno looked SOLID last week. I was worried, but he looked really good. Explosive at the point when he got the handoff, power, acceleration and even some spin moves.

I was primarly talking about these 3 guys. Only because I believe they can be had the cheapest. Love to here input on any of the rookie Rb's

I think right now you would still pay alot for D.Brown or Knowshon (or do you mean re-draft and not dynasty) All 3 of Brown-Wells-Moreno's dynasty value is probably in the same tier.

From F&L's dynasty thread:

If you are tied for first would a guy trade S. Greene or D. Brown for R. WilliamsStarting Rb's Barber, D. William and K. MorenoThe guy who has R. Williams is in 2nd to last place and has terrible Rb's2nd QuestionAs a D. Williams owner what do you have to give up to get J. Stewart

For me it's:1a. Wells1b. Mccoy3. Moreno4. Shonn I think his situation puts him above brown. Addai should be around longer. Furthermore the o-line is playing lights out.5. Brown

I know this isn't what your asking but here is how I'd rank the top 5 rookie RBs.

1. Wells

2. McCoy

3. Moreno

4. Brown

5. Greene

What does this ^ accomplish? You'll never get Stewy for a fair price, don't bother trying... His value in Dynasty would be an early first rounder plus a couple great young talented players..Out of the 3 you're considering trading for Williams, I'd try Brown or Greene.. But I'd hold Moreno

Way to go SherlockI thought this would be good discussion for anybody that is looking to make moves in dynasty leagues before the trade deadline. I remember a couple years ago when calvin was playing like shi! and could have been had cheap. I was just wondering how high people valued these rookies and all RB rookies for that matter now that the season is half over.I certainly know your insight probably helped many fantasy owners and threw a enormous light on the true topic. After a Glimpse of these rookies what do you think?
