Ahman Green or Chester Taylor (1 Viewer)

I actually traded Chester Taylor for Ahman Green. Since I already have Alexander, Thomas Jones, and Willie Parker, I just don't see myself using Taylor much the rest of the year. Taylor just lost his fullback for awhile if not for the year, and someone informed me Hutchinson is banged up. The Viking offense has been dreadful of late. At least the Packers move the ball, plus Ahman plays the Jets in week 13, a week I have to win, and has an easy playoff schedule as well. Green only averages 10.6 pts a game to Taylor's 11.9 in ESPN, but that is misleading, because Green missed two games. When he has been in, he's actually been pretty good. I really need Green for week 13-16, not the next few weeks. Did I make a HUGE mistake?

I can't speak for Taylor so much, but I'm a Green owner and I have one large concern. In his first 3 games (prior to his injury) he had 17 receptions for 138 yards. Since his return, in four games, he's had 3 receptions for 35 yards. He has ran for 400 yards and 3 touches in that four game span, but his 55 last week (no receptions) has me a little concerned for at least the next two weeks (NE, SEA).He may prove to be solid in weeks 13-16, but if his next two games look as bad as last week's I'll be extremely gunshy about starting him once his schedule softens up.

Ahman Green plays against the Vikings defense week 16. I would not want to be starting him then. Especialy since they are spelling him on 3rd downs now.

I made a similar trade last week. I traded Chester and Memo for Ahman Green and Maurice Jones-Drew (Redraft league). I was really excited about Taylor early on but he just hasn't shown me as much over the last few weeks and I worry about him wearing out before the end of the season. The main thing I hated about him is the lack of TD's. Everytime he DOES get in the endzone it gets called back due to penalty.
