Al Bundy (1 Viewer)

Where the music stinks, and they water the drinks, at the nudie bar.
Where the girlies dance in their underpants, at the nudie bar.
Where you see their butt, and their trap stays shut, at the nudie bar.

Where you can’t touch a breast, but you can cave in a chest, at the nudie bar.
Where you look at a thigh, and blacken an eye, at the nudie bar.
Where the beer gives you gas, but the Bundys kick ###, at the nudie bar.

Where Christmas is nice, and lap dances are half price, at the nudie bar.
Where you drink down the shooters, and unwrap the hooters, at the nudie bar.
Where eggnogs are plenty, and the girls all twenty, at the nudie bar.

Where a buck’s enough to see their stuff, at the nudie bar.
Where the breasts may be fake but man do they shake, at the nudie bar.
Where you swear like a sailor, and wish you could nail her, at the nudie bar.
Where the cops are at the door, and there’s a Kennedy on the floor, at the nudie bar.

TBS has been showing Married With Children on super late for a long time.

The Al Bundy vs (Spare Tire) Bubba Smith was on last week. Almost cried laughing so hard!

Jefferson was an under-appreciated character. Really added a lot to the show.

I like how he would escort Kelly's "dates" to the door and smack their head into the door frame before throwing them out.

Fat Woman on beach: Hey, move it. You're blocking my sun. I'm trying to get an all over tan!

Al: You're asking an awful lot of the sun!

Bunker is before my time...

I've got Bundy as the king - Kenny Powers in second & Michael Scott coming in at 3
If you like Michael Scott, Ricky Gervais' boss character, "David Brent", on the UK version of The Office was far superior....and I loved Carell's version.

IMHO, David Brent is the best sitcom character ever.

Costanza > Bunker, Bundy
Agreed.
Ridiculous. Costanza isn't worthy to carry Archie's jock. And I think George has proven he can't carry a show on his own. Several times.

Are you implying there was a George Costanza spin-off?

Costanza was a thinking man's favorite character. Not some buffoon that pummels you with slap-stick, lowbrow fart jokes for 30 minutes.

Yeah you may want to actually watch All in the Family. It was a groundbreaking comedy that dealt with taboo subjects. it didn't do fart jokes. And I was referring to the fact that Jason Alexander has been a huge failure trying to do his shtick on his own.

Not sure about that.

Al: Hello, Police? I'd like to describe a... Missing person. How tall? About four feet tall, five feet wide. Smoke belching out the rear, weighs two tons. No, it's not Oprah. No, it's not Delta Burke, who'd call to report her missing? No, it's my Dodge. Hello?

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

That looks good, and strikes me as an idea ahead of its time

And now the masculine feminist, with your host Jerry Springer :)

"If God wanted women to be bowling he would have put their breasts on their back so we have something to watch while we wait for our turn!"

Jefferson: Al, now that you are a little more composed, can you tell me why you were sitting behind my car with the exhaust pipe in your mouth?

Al: My wife wants me to make love to her.

Jefferson: Well, then shouldn't she be the one with the exhaust pipe in her mouth?

That is my favorite episode. "Dinner with Anthrax"

Who's that riding into the sun?

Who's the man with the itchy gun?

Who's the man who kills for fun?

Psycho Dad, Psycho Dad, Psycho Dad!

He sleeps with a gun, but he loves his son.

Killed his wife 'cause she weighed a ton.

Psycho Dad, Psycho Dad, Psycho Dad!

My favorite episode was when the odometer on the Dodge was gonna go so high it would reset back to 0, then he fell asleep and crashed it through the garage and it went over.

I gotta give it to Homer with a Al Bundy 2nd

But I think there is a serious modern day bias.

There are some oldies that are being overlooked namely Barney Fife, Fonzie and Gilligan.

My personal favorite is Costanza, the writing for that character was unmatched.

I'm only 30, so I can't judge before my time... Bundy was my first and favorite - I grew up on both Bundy and Homer, I give the nod to Al, but understand people who say Homer.

There should be a poll for best character up though.
