Alge Crump...more to come or flash in the pan? (1 Viewer)

While he has been somewhat consistent this season, Crumpler finally put up a monster game this year. I have been going back and forth btwn D.Clark and Crump but this performance has solidified his starting status for me throughout the year. For those that have an interest in the Falcons you will realize that Crumpler's numbers could be even higher except these last couple of games hes had a case of the dropsies.

Could he end up the #1 TE in FF?

Little bit of both most likely.

Crumpler probably scored almost 1/4 to 1/3 of his total FF regular season points yesterday.

Vick IMO only trusts Crumpler to catch the ball, even when he drop them.

Crumpler is not a flash in the pan but the Falcons likely threw the most they will all season yesterday...I doubt you see very many games like that.

IMO you will see more from Crump, not the 3 TD performance of yesterday, but Mora'snew approach worked yesterday against a very formidable defense.Expect more aerial attack from Vick and the Falcons.

Still solidly in the 2nd tier of TEs after the Gates/Heap tier, but yesterday's game was an aberration (in more ways than one)

He'll still get the lions share of targets. When Vick did go to the WRs they weren't really helping him out. Lots of drops for the WRs yesterday.
