Alien invasion in California? Or just a "missile test"? (1 Viewer)

Isn't that the same video someone posted a few months ago from Fla? It was a space resupply launch.

It's not a UFO, it's just the military testing missiles in case we have to fight a nuclear war with Russia. So, don't worry.

I feel better.

You want to know how i know it wasn't an alien encounter? Any species that is advanced enough to develop technology to travel the distance necessary to reach the earth wouldn't be so reckless in revealing themselves so easily.

I don't know, I'm not too concerned about revealing myself to the ants.

Sheeeeeeeeeeet...

You live where I do long enough you get used to this stuff. Launches from Vandenberg, tests from Edwards, space shuttles causing sonic booms etc.

I'm pretty embarrassed by the reaction, honestly.

Maybe it's a real life Iron Man suit? The military's explanation does sound a lot like the one from the movie.

"It was a....errrr... TRAINING EXERCISE!"

Frankly I'm disappointed in our alien overlords. Figured they'd have much cooler and faster spaceships.

Exactly.

Also, I guess it makes a lot of sense that if you're going to test some missiles probably directly over Los Angeles is a sensible place for that.

Tune in next week when the military tests explosives in the air over Manhattan?

No way.
Yea this is the part that doesn't sit right with me... even if it's unarmed it could cause a lot of damage if something goes wrong.

I doubt it's UFO's but something seems fishy

I can confirm the alien invasion in CA. This morning I woke up and the sky was completely grey and there was water falling from the sky. This sort of inexplicable phenomenon can only be aliens.

I have friends in Arizona that were posting on Facebook that they saw something large like that in the sky. People were at first dismissing it as the meteor shower but it was too big and blue apparently.

It's a missile test, it's always a missile test. Even when they tell you it's not a missile test, it's a missile test. Especially on the West coast which is where they test fire missiles so it's all together likely it was a missile test...until it's not a missile test O_o

Good point. If you can see something in the sky, it must be directly over your spot. On a related note, I can't believe some idiot put the sun directly over Philly. What if it falls?

So it was a fish launch?

That was in Seattle

To piggyback off of TIS' point, how far can you see in the sky? Meaning if I'm standing in Chicago, assuming clear skies and no buildings in my way, can I see an object directly over Milwaukee if I look north and the object is big enough and bright enough?
