I've taken over too many orphans and done too many dispersal where I'm left with half empty teams at best. I am looking for a startup league to join where I can build my team from the beginning. 

Woukd like it to be non-IDP, no salary contracts etc. just basic team setup and league with active owners.

These startups apparently don't exist unless you want to pay a 3rd party (paragon or masters) fee. I've been looking as well

What's the point of the super prize? i'd be down if not for that

1/3 of the league entry fee, Years 1-3, will be held over to create a "Super Pool" in year 4, at which point, the prize pool will be more than double the previous year's 1-3 payouts. This creates a strong incentive for teams to build for now and for the future. It also creates another incentive for people to stay for a full 4 years as they are forgoing paid money not to mention the chance at the Super Pool. This concept makes attracting new owners to the league much easier for abandoned teams.
