Am I crazy if I bench Sizemore for a week? (1 Viewer)

Normally, I wouldn;t even consider it, but I am trying to find a way to get a couple of bats in my lineup and he only has 5 games scheduled next week.

I used Willits at DH last week and have J. Upton and F. Thomas on my bench. Thomas has been red hot and has a 7 game schdule next week and I am anxious to get Upton into the lineup. If I play Thomas, he must be a DH.

In the past week (stats do not include Saturday or Sunday):

Sizemore 0.156 - 0 R - 0 HR - 2 RBI - 0 SB (NEXT: 2 vs DET, 3@TB...only 5 games!)

Dye 0.353 - 5R - 2 HR - 5 RBI - 0 SB (3@OAK, 3@SEA)

Wells 0.333 - 4 R - 0 HR - 9 RBI - 1 SB (1@KC, 3 vs ANA, 3 vs BAL)

Willits 0.461 - 3 R - 0 HR - 1 RBI - 1 SB (3@TOR, 3@BOS)

Thomas 0.458 - 4 R - 2 HR - 12 RBI - 0 SB (1@KC, 3 vs ANA, 3 vs BAL)

Upton 0.348 - 4 R - 1 HR - 3 RBI - 0 SB (3@FLA, 3@ATL)

I am thinking Wells and Dye need to stay active. The most important catagories to me right now are SB, BA, and RBI in that order. Should I bench Sizemore in favor of playing Thomas and either Upton/Willits for a week?

I agree, but is a slightly slumping and only 5 games scheduled this week Sizemore > a 6 game Upton (or even 6 game Willits)?
