Iy will get him done just fine...around week 17. Wow, I guess I typed slow. Almost verbatim what Calbear said. At least we're all seeing the same thing.LHUCKS, I just don't see how hitching your wagon to the backup RB in Jacksonville, the entire Tampa offense and the Washington passing game is supposed to be a good thing.
MJD = safe scoringTB and Was = Sleeper offensesLHUCKS, I just don't see how hitching your wagon to the backup RB in Jacksonville, the entire Tampa offense and the Washington passing game is supposed to be a good thing.
why?Also...MJD will be a bust of mammoth proportions this year.
I think I'm higher than most on Tampa, and I wouldn't call them a sleeper offense. I just think they have the potential across the board to be good again. If they're sleeping, it's a pretty deep sleep. I also like Washington's chances to have a good running game this year, but I don't see them as a top passing offense at all. If you had Portis/Betts, we'd be in business. But Cooley/Moss is meh. I think the chances of both of them having a down year are much greater than the chances of both having an up year. And I still don't think Jones-Drew is a safe scoring option. If he puts up crazy TD numbers, and he continues to post a ridiculous YPC, he's a great value. Otherwise he's just an above average RBBC guy.MJD = safe scoringTB and Was = Sleeper offensesLHUCKS, I just don't see how hitching your wagon to the backup RB in Jacksonville, the entire Tampa offense and the Washington passing game is supposed to be a good thing.
a) What Fred said.b) Taylor and Jones will steal too many touches. There's too much talent in Jax.c) I'm keeping him in a local league...probably will doom him to injury.I wouldn't be surprised to see Caddy outscore him in this format.why?Also...MJD will be a bust of mammoth proportions this year.

I did nothing to prepare, by the way, so what I went on mostly was what I perceived to be value -- that was always WR. It was RB and TE crazy and I wasn't gonna join in. My last pick got screwed with Pitt taken (and others), who I really liked, and nobody left jumped out. So at 6, it was RB in an RB heavy draft...noTE...ditto above...possible mistake.WR...probably should have...the surest thing.I briefly looked at Baltimore's separation last year, mailed it in.Which I changed last minute. This is when Yudkin throws out the "Well, back when I made the pick, the news about Priest was that he was going to play" routine.Don't worry....Yudkin will hook you up with a few cripples to fill out your roster. You can send me your plans/list along with a password and I can help out if you like. That said, they may be others around more often. I'm shorthanded this week and business has be insanely good. Already have 55 hours in since Saturday. All's well. You know what I just realized? I have bachelor party this weekend, AWAY. Uh oh. And they just called to see if I can leave early, on THURSDAY. I said sure.Looks like you and the others may have sweet, biting revenge soon enough.

I'm thinking Plummer here.Alexander - ehh..hoping for something that most don't seeJones-Drew - I like alot but TDs revert to the mean, so I see him scoring less this year. Caddy - I like, I think he steps back up as a lower top 12 RB. Galloway - Can he still run fast and can Garcia throw far? No. Moss - Ehh..not that high on. Cooley - Every year I think he should be a superstud and every year he lets me down. Maybe this year will be different?LHUCKS Player YTD Pts Bye Alexander, Shaun SEA RB - 8 Jones-Drew, Maurice JAC RB - 4 Williams, Carnell TBB RB - 10 Galloway, Joey TBB WR - 10 Moss, Santana WAS WR - 4 Cooley, Chris WAS TE - 4 6 Total PlayersCould I be dominating this draft more than I already have?![]()
Honestly, I'm sure you pull in tail left and right, but don't post a picture of yourself wearing a pink golf shirt with a black sweater thrown over the shoulder like your name is Buffy Weddington. Great, all this Dallas Clark talk. I switched his spot with Branch in my predraft...and I would've still got a comparable WR to Branch in R6. I think he'd be doing fine if he just drafted better players at his draft spots.YesCould I be dominating this draft more than I already have?
The only accurate part of your statement.Honestly, I'm sure you pull in tail left and right

Just keep your tail pulling hands out west. The only accurate part of your statement.Honestly, I'm sure you pull in tail left and right
Theres still some pass catching RBs left for this PPR league.I see Woods didn't bother drafting...

That would have helped. If this league were being played in 2005 his team would be quite a bit better.I think he'd be doing fine if he just drafted better players at his draft spots.YesCould I be dominating this draft more than I already have?

It's not even 2005 - Jones-Drew wasn't even good last year. I think the common thread might be "Guys LHUCKS had on his team during their one really good year and he thinks they can do it again".Biabreakable said:That would have helped. If this league were being played in 2005 his team would be quite a bit better.bostonfred said:I think he'd be doing fine if he just drafted better players at his draft spots.bueno said:YesLHUCKS said:Could I be dominating this draft more than I already have?

I agree, I had Cotchery queued up late in the 5th...Also been trying to do the zig zag thing. That's why I have no RBs, thought too many were going too early.Cotchery at 6.10 is a STEAL for my team. He's the #21 WR on my board, and to get him this late is good value. I've tried to zig while the rest zagged this entire draft, and I like the way it's played out so far. While I might not have that elite RB, I've got Manning and Gonzo along with 3 RBs that will score points in Jacobs, F. Taylor, and J. Jones. It's still early to say who's team is looking good - we have a lot of depth to fill in still.
Agreed. This is like an episode of where are they now? One hit wonders squeezing out every last drop of nostalgia they can. It's not even 2005 - Jones-Drew wasn't even good last year. Running...very....afraid...of LHUCKS' super-squad.What the hell happened to everybody?
Luckily, this was a short driving day. I'm not sure why the Pre-drafting did what it did. I duped the list for 7 from the 6th.Well, I've picked, so Yudkin's up now.Guys, I don't know if Twilight realizes he is up. And I am not sure he will be checking soon. This is just speculation, but think about it this way.He is on the clock and has been for a couple hours now. No biggie, right? But he already pre-drafted his next pick which is 12 picks from now.So perhaps (again, just speculating) he pre-drafted the current pick on the board - but those guys are no longer left.Otherwise, why would he pre-draft his 7th round pick, but not his 6th round pick?Twilight, just looking out for ya!
Told ya I was over it...it's a joke. My apathy knows no bounds. What the hell happened to everybody?

Wow, that didn't matter. 3 picks is all we've had today. Three freaking picks.19 picks until I'm up again. Sorry fellas not pre-drafting this one.
Nice speech. Save it for when I actually go over the 4-hour clock, though. And if I win because of a breakout year by Tery Glenn we're all in trouble.Yudkin should have been Curtis Martined by now, with HTF up now and purple haze, dickey moe having predrafted and buenox2 having predrafted the two after that. But because the commish is the one who's not around, he doesn't get Priest Holmes. I'm not complaining, since I'm normally one of the worse offenders, and I don't do the work to commish any of these. But if Yudkin wins this league on the back of an excellent sixth round pick, I might mention it.
