I am fortunate enough to have made it to my league championship game this weekend. I obtained Johnson in the middle of the season and have been sorely disappointed with him these last few weeks.

I have to start him this week in my championship game and am hoping he can put together one more nice game. Just wondering if anyone else is in the same boat.

Send out some positive vibes guys since I am playing against the guy who owns LT and LJ!

It is funny how often I see this as well. LT owners acting like they are Lombardi. I mean, if you have LT on your team and didn't make the championship, you have no excuse!

Anyway, I have AJ but I'm benching him this week for Driver and Holt. I traded for AJ midseason too (traded bush, i have great rb depth and could afford it)

I do think AJ will have a decent game though. The Texans will be passing alot and AJ should see a lot of looks. Indy has a good pass D but it's not completely shut down. AJ will get his catches. Is your league PPR?

I run an auction/keeper league, so it was easy for this guy to get both LJ and LT. He drafted LJ as a rookie and backup to Priest a few years ago for a pittance. He has kept him these last two years and went out and spent just over 50% of his salary on draft day on LT.The sad thing is, he isn't even im my division. At the draft, the bidding on LT came down to him and I and I berated every owner in his division for letting him get LT. In the end, I just refused to cough up $100 out of $200 salary for one guy, even LT. I have a shot though since he stared Favre and Bubba and only got 7 points out of them.

Nice. I didn't realize it was an auction/keeper. For whatever reason I just assumed it was redraft.

how does someone have LT AND LJ?

In a keeper/dynasty, it's not hard to have both since LJ was a mid-late round pick as recently as last year.In an auction you could do it, but you wouldn't have much left to work with.In a redraft, you'd pretty much need to have a monster draft and then make a trade for one guy halfway through the year. Not impossible, but pretty tough to do.
