I think out of those four I'd stick with the Colts and grab Brissett.
He's not spectacular, but then neither are the other three QBs on the list. He's mobile. In 2017 he had the fourth most redzone carries of any QB in the league. So if you only get four points for a passing TD he adds a level the other three don't really have.
It's a crap shoot. Any one of those four could exceed expectations or they could all have a terrible year. But I'd gamble on Brissett. From what I read teams like him and he was probably going to catch on with a team as a potential starter in 2020.

Brissett. He’s been there long enough to know the offense. Has 2 weeks to prepare for season. Has weapons and a decent OL.
