The prior owner made some trades last year, so of the rookie draft this team has only 1.06 pick. Round 2 and 3 were traded last year. The 2nd round pick was included in a trade for Thomas Jones. In 2008, owner traded his 1st round rookie pick and 3rd round 2009 pick (and Julius Jones) for Reggie Wayne.
