Another FL Trial Coming up Sept 23, Michael David Dunn (1 Viewer)

If it's not murder in some degree, then we will see major riots. This to me seems like an easy prosecution case, but I guess in FL, you never know!

So many differences. I doubt anyone will defend this idiot. Leaving the scene and/or not contacting the police should nullify SYG or self-defense imo.

 
I'm going to need to know how loud the music was. I really never understood why I need to hear others music while out. I'll wait and holdout judgement.

 
On the one hand, if this guy is found guilty and the trial is well-publicized, it may do a lot to mitigate the anger within the African-American community over the Zimmerman result.

On the other hand, if this guy gets off....

 
Well, jury is out deliberating. 9 hours so far. Defense has a weak case imo. Why it's taking so long. I'm guessing they are trying to figure out what sentence and not that anyone thinks he's innocent. :shrug:

The jury apparently has the option to convict on several different charges. It could conceivably take a while for them to settle on a particular conviction. I had no problem with the Zimmerman verdict, but I'd be shocked if this guy got off.

 
10 hours actually, and they have a question on when a letter was written. I would be very shocked if this guy gets off, but this is FL and stand your ground is a pretty liberal defense...

If the kid has his on "11", then we may have some justification. If it was rap, then definitely.
