We got my son a jeep about 5 years ago and he put a "stereo" system in it (2 speakers in front, 2 up by the roll bar, sub woofers, and an amplifier).
He was off to college this fall and did not take it with him. I drove it to work once a week and around town as necessary.
He's home from school and asks what I did to his stereo? I'm "shuked".
Turns out the back speakers by the roll bar are not working. Guess I couldn't tell that listening to sports talk radio.
Any idea why just 2 speaker would not be working but the other 4 are. We've checked all the settings of the stereo (fader, etc) and when we "fade" the sound, nothing comes out. The stereo "identifies" that they are there, but no sound.
Before I take it back to where we had it installed, I thought I'd try our wealth of knowledge on here, as most times I've never been let down.
Thanks in advance and have a happy and safe rest of the holiday season.
