Any really deep sleepers out there at RB? (1 Viewer)

As you can tell from my signature, I need some help. Okay, lots.

I'm going to be dumping a couple of guys after this week -- do you have any suggestions for guys to squirrel away in the depths of my roster for next season?

Thanks in advance!

RB Arliss Beach (IR) - Green Bay - U of Kentucky, they thought enough of him to IR him even though his injury was not that serious.

RB Derek Ross KC - Small school but Good size.

RB ReShard Lee Oak - Seriously - Fargas is not getting it done, maybe the Oak coaching staff looks to see what they have in Lee. He is more of a Jordan type back so he could be the better backup for Oakland than Fargas.

RB Derrick Ward - NYG - Covered in another thread, but Tiki is retiring and he is a good back.

RB - Cecil Sapp DEN - I know he is the starting FB, but he can run the ball well and anything is possible in Denver.

RB LaBrandon Toefield - JAX - I just have always liked this guy and the fact that he started ahead of DD in college is notable. Plus he has performed everytime he got the chance to.

Since we are speaking of DEEEEEEEEEEEEEP sleepers, might I mention Andrew Pinnock. He is the third string guy for the SD Chargers behind LT (of course) and Michael 'The Burner' Turner. Turner is a bit banged up at the moment and if (God forbid) something happened to LT, Pinnock would get the carries.

There are other RBs on the Chargers squad, namely Tyronne Gross and Ray Perkins but both those guys are on the practice squad and would have to activated. The reason why Pinnock is active every week is because he is a big guy (5' 10" 250) and can play RB and fullback. So if LT/Turner go down or Lorenzo Neal goes down, Pinnock can be plugged in at either position.

You did say deep sleepers right?

ETA: My spelling sucks and hopefully no one has quoted this post to show how bad a speller I am

Carolina's Brad Hoover. He's their short-yardage back, in case you missed it. They love to hand off right to the fullback in situations that call for short yards. Defenses key in on it when it's 3rd and 1 or 2, but when it's 2nd and 2 or 2nd and 1 - he's their man. A 2nd and goal from the 1 or 2 yd-line could be paydirt for Brad Hoover. Oh, he's also their pseudo-TE. 7 recs in 12 targets in the last 3 games.

Oh, and he's going up against PHI, who has allowed 592 rush yards in last 3 games. :o

To show how horrible things are, I just picked up Priest Holmes and I already own ReShard Lee. I tried to pick up Taylor also, but he's not available in Yahoo leagues.
