I run a summer camp (three separate one-week sessions) and our registrations for Session One are abnormally low. I have invited some kids from local organizations who would not be able to afford the camp to come to fill the empty spots at no charge. What, if anything, can I write off for the kids who come? Lets say the camp is normally $300 per week to attend with half of that being profit.

You might be able to set it up as charitable donations.  But you would only be able to declare the non-profit portion.  Disclosure, I am a CPA but do nothing at all in taxes.
