Not injury related - Did not practice. Questionable for Week 8 at Jacksonville

I have not seen any relevant information on FBG or rotoworld except that he was excused from practice yesterday for personal reasons.

Any additional word out there?

The only thing I see is that he was rested on Thursday and is expected to play Sunday.

Knowing the Browns it's probably a Steph infection.

Scott Petrak, of The Medina County Gazette, reports Cleveland Browns RB Jamal Lewis (rest) was rested during the team's practice Thursday, Oct. 23. He will play in the team's Week 8 game. -KFFL
