Anyone going with KC defense this week? (1 Viewer)

Thinking of picking up KC DEF for this week. My other option is to start SD or STL.

Any insight is much appreciated. Thanks.

Well last time oak went on the road they scored zero points and were sacked 9 times by SEATTLE....who has a bad defense.....

I just picked up KC defence and benched SD D.

Aaron Brooks is coming back...

I think either Walters or Brooks...it's open season

KC D is my WW as well.....but I have Balt D....debating...off to AC Forum................
Ray Lewis is listed as questionable and unlikely to play( had blood drained from his back) and DL Lewis is out. KC Def might be a better option this week.

My only concern with the Chiefs defense is how effective Trent Green will be upon his return. If he's turning the ball over or not moving the offense effectively, it could adversely impact their defense.

I picked them up in a league where I already have Den and Pit defenses.

I can't remember the last time I had 3 Ds on my roster, but for this specific game (and I need a win in this league to stay in the playoff hunt) I think it's a teriffic play. Arrowhead is a very tough place for any visiting offense - very loud and disruptive crowd - and against an offense like Oakland this game could be sack-and-turnover heaven.

I picked up the KC def becasue they play OAK twice in the remaining games. If Trent struggles, resulting in the KC Def being out on the field more than usual, its just more opportunity to pick up FF points agains a weak OAK offense.

Not to sound like a homer...but I would keep them and play them against DEN on Thanksgiving. Plummer + Arrowhead + an entire day to get slobbered for the crowd + a Healthy Derrick Johnson=a big day for the KC DEF

I picked up KC Def & Cincy Def this week. There were two excellent threads last week discussing Def combo stragegies. To my surprise both were available. I dropped JAX. Here is the remaining schedules for KC & Cincy thru wk 16:

KC: Oak, Den, Cle, Bal, SD, Oak

Cin: NO, Cle, Bal, Oak, Ind, Den

You get Oak three weeks and Cle two weeks. Week 15 is an issue, but pretty solid combo.

I was planning on playing the Eagles D this week against Tenn.........but after reading this I might KC off the waiver wire. Now I guess I have a choice to make...........

KC and SEA make a nice stretch combo as well:KC: Oak, Den, Cle, Bal, SD, Oak

SEA: Stl, GB, Den, Ari, SF, SD

I grabbed KC for the stretch and I'm playing them this week. I was going to grab CIN, but I decided with SEA for my platoon

I've been juggling defenses all year. I picked SEA up before the OAK game and have been pleasantly surprised the last few weeks. I added KC today as I saw the same string of games coming up.Hope what looks to be a defensive point feast pans out.

Going with the Chiefs D and sitting Denver's this week. Hard to ignore what should be a very good matchup for Kansas City at home.
