I have been playing around a LOT with my cousins Humminbird Onix 10SI when we get up to his cabin in Ontario Canada, as well as with the AutoChart program and thought I'd share an image of a Hump we found.
Of all the Maps we have found from others that fish on the river system, as well as searches online, this area shows up as a "flat" bottom area..
It was only by us going through the area to another fishing spot that we "accidentally" saw the bottom come up from 20+ to 9 feet on the depth finder and thought we better investigate it..
Looking at the image below you'll see it was well worth it as the fishing there is "phenomenal" ... we've caught numerous Walleyes, many Northern Pike and even a few Small Mouth bass around this hump. Always fun to find a spot no one else knows about

The kind I dream of catching in my river.
Hard to say no because I'm gone quite a bit plus three yearly vacations now with the guys. She's never vetoed before but this time I want to make sure it works ok for the whole family. Pushing way toward the selfish side but you only live once and if she's alright with it I'm going.
