Anyone starting a new dynasty league without IDP's? (1 Viewer)

I'm looking to join a new startup that doesn't use IDP's. Preferably 12 teams maybe with a $40-100 entry fee. Anyone have anything like this available and need 1 or 2 more owners?

I am looking for a startup dynasty myself, but NOT Free, people will drop out of that for sure in a dynasty after the startup draft that sucks.
