Anyone starting Chester Tayor? (1 Viewer)

My options are pretty slim at RB this week and I'm trying to decide between McClain and Taylor. Both have good rushing matchups, but I'm leaning towards McClain because of his ability to score TD's.

I think ADP goes off this week and shows everyone why he is the #1 RB in the league.

I'm seriously considering him as a flex b/c my team in that league sucks and I have players on a bye.

That said, I hate playing a guy where you're essentially banking on a blowout for him to put up good numbers. As bad as the Lions are, I don't have that much confidence in the Vikings offense or pass D to put them away early.

I'm thinking of putting him in there over DeAngelo Williams and Ricky Williams. Not sure if that's a good idea tho.

my starting RBs in a ppr league this wk, L.Washington and C.Taylor. injuries have killed me. i have FWP, Westy, and Colston, but i'm still 4-1. this is one of those patchwork teams. my starting lineup looks crappy on paper, but they win.

I'm starting both AD and Taylor at RB1 and RB2. I don't have a choice, though, because Chris Johnson's on bye and Selvin Young is out. I think I would've started Chester even if Young wasn't hurt.

I'm having similar thoughts with CJ3 on bye. My choices are ADP & Chester vs a terrible Lions, or Graham vs Carolina, or Deuce vs Oakland. Deuce is tempting, but going all in on the Vikes might be the play with bigger upside.

I don't think benching Addai is such a crazy idea. He's scored four touchdowns in four games but his yardage totals suggest he's a very weak play Sunday against the Ravens, one of two teams that haven't allowed a rushing touchdown this year. The Colts are struggling with their pass protection so he's less of a receiving threat because he'll probably be kept in to help block.

Same boat with Graham, Stewart, and CTaylor as my options at #2 behind ADP...Have Graham in there now but might roll with Chester...tough call.

With Westbrook hurt and having 2/3 of the ugly RBBC in Cinci (for now) I'm starting CT with no hesitation. Hopefully Reggie and CT can carry the day. If there is ANY week he will get in the end zone and a decent amount of yards without ADP getting hurt, this is it. May not happen, but he's a solid play nonetheless.

Hes starting for me.

Replaces Westbrook, my choices were between Taylor, Derrick Ward, or Kevin Faulk.

I like my chances with Taylor. They are playing Detriot for goodness sakes!!!

I'm thinking about playing him over Edge. Edge has scored some points the last two weeks but they play DAL this weekend in what should be a shootout. Tough call. Not a WDIS, but tough call for me.

Taylor is a good start if Minnesota gets a big lead and they use him later in the game. Good chance of a TD and some decent yards.

He's my 4th best RB today, after: AD, McClain, and Buckhalter. Would normally start him over Buck, but not this week with Westy out. McClain looks to be a start every week now.

Considered throwing in Chester over Jamal Lewis (ADP is other starter) but just can't do it. There is the nagging all of your eggs in one basket bit going through my head.

So for you guys starting him, he is probably going to be the guy on Minny to go for 200/3.

I don't have either but if I were in a bind, I wouldn't hesitate in starting Taylor. The Lions are horrible so everyone on Minnesota has to at least be an option.

Minnesota could end up with 300 yards rushing this afternoon and 4 TD's on the ground.
