Anyone using Yahoo having issues with the Waiver bid tie breaker? (1 Viewer)

I just had a tie breaker on Yahoo for a player (Mario Manningham) and the system did not follow the rules that were set for the league. We are using FAAB w/ Weekly rolling standings tiebreak which means:

Weekly rolling list based on standings: Waiver claims are processed in reverse order of standings and each successful claim moves a manager to the end of the waiver priority list.

I bid the same as the winning owner, but 1) his record is better than mine in the standings and 2) he had just won a waiver bid for Matt Cassell right before winning Mario Manningham, so he should have been bumped to the end of the line.

Anyways, I submitted a claim to Yahoo. And my commish is questioning whether I even bid the same since there is no dang record of losing bids (pretty lame i must say). So was just wondering if anyone else ran into this situation.

Our league just switched back to Yahoo since they offered free stattracker and I'm already not impressed. Might have to convince them to go MFL for this one too.
