Seems like a fun time, any tips, might try to go to the Giants game this year and check out the Big Apple. Always have been a big fan of the attitude of NYers tbh

I purposely picked a layover in NYC last month so I could get some good pizza before I continued on to DC. I'm sending my kid next week to watch a couple of Broadway Plays.

What are they seeing?
Wicked and Little Shop of Horrors
My son just saw Horrors... Good time.
Nice! My son is going with a few of their friends and their drama teacher that knows a few performers and going to get the kids backstage for one of the shows.

I'm there pretty often. Just got back from a couple weeks.

It's a fantastic city.

For what to do, it's really dependent on the things you like to do. Food? Big attractions? Broadway? Local neighborhood vibes. Your pick.

Such a great city to visit and explore. I agree with JB on this---so much to see and do. Knowing what type of activities you're most interested in will help in putting together a realistic list of recommendations.

Still the best city in the world. Fall is a great time to visit so I highly recommend taking in a game from Sept-Oct. Should also be noted that Giants/Jets games aren't actually played in NY.

Anyone ever do that taco boat that cruises around the night lights? You pay a boarding fee and then it’s basically a Mexican restaurant/bar on the water while seeing NYC at night.

Would love to be there right now :ROFLMAO:
My office is 57th and 5th. Getting to the train was a challenge this eve.
What did it look like... Pro, con, circus in between? Or just lots of media... Which I see every morning riding the bike down 5th from my kids upper east school to work.
Mostly circus and cons and every tourist in midtown. Oh and all the cops with their willy nilly fencing. It’s misery for a commuter.

Our son has lived there for the last 3 years. I would absolutely hate living there. But to visit it is phenomenal. Albeit expensive. Shows are fun. Book of Mormon was very good and funny. Central Park on electric bikes. The food is absolutely fantastic. And if you want shopping it's everywhere. Times Square/Midtown at night is both gross and awesome at the same time. It's worth seeing that mess at least once though. West Village is a cool place to eat and see people. Sat at table next to Brooke Shields and family last time we were there. Much different vibe than anywhere in the city. Stay close to what you want to do. It isn't easy getting around in Ubers. They are expensive and take longer than you'd think.

Rode by it this morning... At 8am, it was only an extra crush of media along the 2 block stretch of sidewalk opposite trump tower. Nobody other than that.
