I had a question and submitted a support ticket today. It took 30 minutes for someone to respond to me. I don't know why anybody pays for a league manager.

Congratulations. Come on back when your live scoring gives you false values or doesn't even start up during Week 1.

Had aol last year. Every league manager I ever used had issues with live scoring at some point. However aol's live scoring is free.

 I just don't get this--I really don't. It is FREE. It costs you NOTHING to have completely customizable scoring, polls, uploadable graphics/news stories, and (admittedly balky) Live Scoring. But maybe it's cool to look a gift horse in the mouth where you're from. . .

From Week 4 on AOL was golden. Anybody who denies this is sadly misinformed.I expect nothing but good things this week from Week 1 forward.

I deny this, and I am not sadly misinformed. Live Scoring was routinely inaccurate through week 9 or 10. Our league scored fumbles lost, but Live Scoring continually scored *all* fumbles as lost. Other leagues complained of misscoring for missed field goals, and other said that IDPs were commonly misscored. AOL/Fanball didn't get most of those kinks worked out until over half the season was gone.I had a league at Fanball and AOL. The one at Fanball pisses me of, because I'm paying 60 bucks for the same thing I could get over at AOL for free (signed a 3-year deal with Fanball, otherwise would move everything to AOL). But as for AOL--sorry, but free is free. I will never complain about something that somebody gives me for free. Unless it is a disease. Then I'd complain.
