Just found out that my wife wants an Apple Watch.   Any deals still goin on?   Should I get the 3 or 4?   What's the main differences between the two?   Neither of us are techy.  She does track her steps with a Fitbit and is on her phone a lot though.  I'm going to do some research now but appreciate any help.
