Consider yourself different then.

I did not mis-characterize anything.   This is one of my best friends growing up who was a prosecutor and now is a high profile lawyer in Michigan and has had national cases.   We have talked for hours and hours about cases after they were over. Never while they were going on.

Since this is so different that my field I love hearing the ins and outs, the back stories.

i was just at his home around Christmas and it was a who`s who of top lawyers in Michigan.  As well as a couple law school professors. ` Lots of interesting conversation to be heard.

He also has represented some boxers from Detroits Kronk who have had issues.  Those stories are even better.

But he probably didn't. You seem like a good guy Woz, so all I am going to say is that he wasn't talking about you.

I didn't take that he was. But he still grossly mischaracterizes the profession nonetheless. It's basically akin to saying Marty Byrde accurately portrays most accountants.

Outright lying about his summary of his recollection of what somebody told him some time ago? No.

Or that Derek Chauvin represents all cops, I agree with you but that’s not how we do things, why should your profession be immune from gross mischaracterizations.

I mean when you enter a profession that 50% of the time somebody is the bad guy what do they expect?
