Are teams required to announce who starts and plays before gametime? (1 Viewer)

They are required to list actives an inactives - an hour or so before gametime. this gives them time to scratch someone who isn't doing well in warmups, which start a few hours before game time.

I don't believe that they are required to list starters.

Getting tired not knowing if Gronk is gonna play or who starts for the Rams.
ask them to e-mail you

as for gronk this week, it's a road game, so you'll know in advance if he travels, which I have no doubt will be reported

what they should do is pay one of his brothers 100 bux to be a body double and get on the plane.

ps

starters are entirely irrelevant, so I'm not sure what having that info gets you.

All teams are except for the Patriots and the Rams. They are exempt under the The NFL doesn't care about your fantasy team rule.
