Why was Harris not used in the first half vs. Chicago in lieu of Cason, and then almost exclusively in the second half?

Did he miss a meeting or something? Was it the plan all along to rotate halves with Cason?

I found this situation odd last week....Harris would be a decent PPR play if he could get a full game in, anyone know wtf is going on this week?
