Atlanta at Minnesota (1 Viewer)

Teddy chants pouring down into the stadium. They got Detroit in two weeks, and they actually have a NFL defense

I don't care if Atlanta's D is good or not.. Teddy looks poised back there..

If someone turned on this game without any knowledge they'd call :bs: if you told them he was 21 and this was his first NFL start :)

McKinnion!! :excited: So enjoyable fun to watch a fun Offense.. It's been sooooooo long :)

ETA.. Maybe not his first TD as it looks to me to be at the 1 inch line.

is thee anything wrong with Patterson
 Teams know with Peterson out he "is" their offense so are swarming him.. With Jarius wright and the running game stepping up it should open it up for him as the season wears on.. Patience my little grasshopper ;)

If Viking can leave this game with a win, I have a big feeling nothing happens about the AP situation now. Asiata and McKinnon easily can handle the load. And Minny can wipe it hands of the PR mess of brining AP back early.

Probably safe to kick a field goal here with a rookie QB, but I think if they want to beat the falcons they need to try for a TD here.

that's the dumbest rule this side of the tuck rule. wtf. MN had timeouts and would have stopped the clock at :23.

Dang.. Should have used the Time Out there before you ran the play.. Give Teddy and Norv some time to plan out the play.. But a 10 point lead at half time is nice :)

Still could have.. Not really sure why they didn't
it was scored a TD then it was reviewed and reversed and then the official said that the rule dictates they run :10 off the clock. I don't think they had a chance to call TO.
which if that really is the rule, anytime a team scores a TD with 9 second on the clock and has the TD reversed on an automatic replay, they are screwed out of a scoring opp due to an idiotic rule. even if they have 3 timeouts and could have stopped the clock otherwise.

Because they thought they had a touchdown. You don't call a time out before you kick an extra point at the end of the half.
But as soon as they said it wasn't a TD and the Clock would start on his mark they could have called a Time Out with 13 seconds left to plan their attack.. Instead they rushed the play.. Just thought they should have taken the time out and worked with Teddy for one to two plays in the end zone

Saying that.... he did complete the pass.. Unfortunately it was so high Chase could only get one foot in :kicksrock:

This run d is just so bad I think it's tough to draw any conclusions from this game

The more I think about it.. I'm not real clear on the rule.. I know if the offense commits a penalty inside of 2 minutes and the clock is running they run 10 seconds off the clock, unless the team has a Time out, at which time the Team can use the Timeout if they want to save the 10 seconds.

Wonder inf the Vikings shouldn't have been given that option

I can't imagine the rule is that dumb to not allow a timeout there. I'm thinking we just didn't think to use it, which is why 16 year old Madden gurus should be on every NFL sideline.
