ok Mcnabb goes 22-46 for 269 yards with no TD's and is sacked 6 times. hmmmmm lets keep on throwing. Drives me crazy Westbrook rushes 6 times for 50 for 8.3 yards a carry.

This better be one of those losses that makes a team better going forward. It reminded me so much like the TIE against Cincy last year, and no matter how funny that tie was it was the reason of why they made it to the playoffs.

Redskins better look out this week Andy Reid and his 50+ pass attempts are coming to town! Man if only we had the Argos on the schedule we would be in good shape.

Bitter Westie owner??

Bitter Eagles Fan.
Or just a new Eagles fan...seriously, it's been how many years of this and you're still asking for him to run??? If you've been an Eagles fan for atleast the past 10 seasons you should have stopped asking this question 5-6 years back and understood what kind of coach he is. Yes, he will no doubt bring his 50 pass attempts to Washington, there's no surpise there.

I had the exact same thought. That game yesterday reminded me so much of the Bengals game last season. The more times the passing game failed the more times Reid called for another pass. He is hell-bent on proving that you can win in the NFL without a running game. Unfortunately for us Eagles fans. :D

It works for the Pats (at times) and the Colts, and the 2008 Cardinals . . .

Last I checked he did seem pretty successful passing the ball.

I don't know why Philly played like they were behind 4 touchdowns., they only needed a 1 TD to win. The playcalling was atrocious to watch.

The Eagles have one game like this every year, where they seriously underperform against a weak opponent. Nothing new.

After the Cincy game last year, AR temporarily gave up the play calling duties to Morningwig (sp?) and Philly went on a tear. I was expecting Philly to stomp Oakland, and lay an egg against Washington...but now I could safely predict a 21+ point victory against the Skins. AR once went 5 straight years without losing back to back games........

Philly will bounce back just fine.
