I thoroughly enjoyed the recently posted freelance article by Forrest Johnson on auction calculations using vbd. At the end of the article he mentions he has a spreadsheet with the corrected valuations that is available on request? Is this hosted somewhere on the fbg site? If not, if Mr Johnson sees this topic please let me know how to contact you so I can get a copy of the file.
