Anyone know the rule of thumb for figuring a salary cap for an auction league? 10 teams 19 rounds.

Your roster requirements are similar to mine. Go with $200 and $1 minimum bid and increments of $1.

Oddly enough, the cap almost doesn't matter, as long as it's line with your increments and is large enough.
I'd definitely make the bid increments 1 unit, which is what the tail end players will go for. Everyone else will go for a % of cap, so pickign a ncie easy number like 200 units makes sense.
Note that 1 unit does not have to equal 1 dollar, it's just easy that way, but you can set fees to be whatever you want.
