I have the most draft capital($207) in a 12 team auction  league and I would like to know if there is any particular way to use it?

Do your homework and figure out the guys you want and then set prices on them.   If you can get them for basically those set prices then do it.  It's ok to spend a bit more in the heat of the moment but be cognizant of where you spend more than your original prices so you can adjust on your other positions accordingly.

I don't think you have provided enough information to get good advice. I am assuming since teams have differing amounts that you have an existing team. How bad is it? Is this a rookie auction or a veteran auction. Who are some of the top targets available?
