Auction software (1 Viewer)

My primary league is making the switch to an auction league this year (!!!), and we have access to a projector that we can hook up to a laptop. If there's nothing worthwhile, we'll still use a good ol' fashioned draft board, but if there's some good software you recommend, I'd love to hear about it.

I think the best part about using the computer is that it would keep track of everyone's money, so I'm open to recommendations.

Thanks.

Hmmm, can the DD software not be used?

Anyways, I have to think an Exel spreadsheet could handle the job easily.

What exactly do you want it to do? Just keep track of everyone's money and everyone taken? If that's all you need, an Excel spreadsheet would do the job easily. You could keep track of those left to be taken, but I always thought that would help those who haven't prepared as well/aren't paying attention.

I used the Draft Dominator last year; it's not ideal, but it's better than doing it by hand.
My auction league officially uses Excel, but half the league has the Draft Dominator open anyway.Either one is fine. Excel keeps track of everyone's money very easily.

I had looked at that, but I think everyone needs to be online for that. I plan on doing this in person...so far, Fandraft.com seems to be my best bet.
The most sophisticated thing I've found out there is by Big Time Fantasy Sports, which has developed a product for live auctions where each owner has a pushbutton with which to bid. It eliminates the need for an auctioneer but, as you can imagine, it's prohibitively priced. For right now, Excel is your friend.
