Yes, I know it's not part of the UK, but they talk the same, kind of.  It was a joke.  Anyway, not sure if this gem has already been posted, if so... actually, I don't care.  It's so good, it can be posted multiple times.

You have to read this entire article.  It's insane!  I read a different article about the same incident and it pointed out that when it says he smashed in the windshield, it should be noted he did that with his fists.

If you want to preserve the joke, but improve its geographical accuracy, you could say "Australia - The Florida of the Commonwealth".

Or just say 'Straya because we all know with highly venomous snakes and drop bears (and every other "deadliest _______" known to man) that Australia is cray.

I believe this is what happens when you outlaw guns.  You have people with chainsaws and shovels fighting on crowded highways.
