For those in Oz looking for a league with Aussie-friendly draft times, there is a ESPN free-to-join league called 'Australia represent' that's still looking for four players:

Snake draft is this Saturday night (August 15th) 7pm Sydney-time.

Another Aussie-based ESPN league (free, and mostly newbies) is getting going through Craig80 on reddit's findaleague thread, no draft time or type set.
