No idea why they called that. If Baltimore wants to run out the clock, they can do it by taking a knee on the next play anyway. If they get to the line and try to get the 19 and fail, you can use the TO then and at least let Brown have a shot at taking one back.

Yeah. 5-4 would be last place. Browns are 5-3 and will be a half game ahead of the loser. 6-3 (winner) and 5-2-1 are basically a tie, just percentage points difference.
