Bart Scott if Polley is gone (1 Viewer)

I don't see Baltimore resigning Tommy Polley due to Bart Scott. Bart Scott will be the starting WLB in the Ravens system, which should warrant him as a 25-30 ranked LB.

If the trend continues with Ray Lewis and his injuries, you will see Scott skyrocket to a top 12 LB.

RAPTURE

TSN briefly mentioned him about a month ago saying he would breakout for the Ravens next year.

Ravens | Scott could leave for the Browns

Sat, 4 Mar 2006 07:20:09 -0800

Mike Preston, of the Baltimore Sun, reports the Baltimore Ravens are going to allow LB Bart Scott hit the free-agent market because no one really knows how much interest he will draw on the open market. If the Cleveland Browns make a significant offer, look for Scott to join general manager Phil Savage in Cleveland because Savage gave him his first chance in Baltimore.

This could make things interesting. If Bart Scott goes, I don't see Tommy Polley leaving Baltimore.

Jamison Hensley, of the Baltimore Sun, reports the Baltimore Ravens have re-signed free agent LB Bart Scott (Ravens) to a three-year contract. Scott will receive a total deal worth $13.5 million, including a $6.5 million signing bonus. He is scheduled to earn $1 million this season, $2.6 million in 2007 and $3.4 million in 2008.
