Taking the Indians over the Twins tonight. The twins are bad on the road vs. the AL Central. The Indians also have Sabathia (their ace) starting vs. one of the twins worst starters (Silva).

What's the line here?

Wow, I like a lot tonight. Of course the fact I've been ice cold the past few days isn't helping....but I sent in a few pretty big plays (for me)

NYM - 141 (O. Hernandez) to make 2 units.

Few things. First, Houston's bats are ice cold. Second, Taylor Buckholz flat out sucks. Third, the Mets are a better team and at home. I know ElDuque got knocked around his last start, so I'm counting on him bouncing back here. I may even add more to this one just because Buckholz is that bad.

SD -110 (Peavy) 2 units

I agree that you never get Peavy this cheap. Hopefully SD gets ahead early and Peavy pitches late. That is a formula for a win. SD's offense scares me a bit, but it's not as if the Giants are sporting Murderer's Row over there. They all are old enough to remember Murderer's Row, sure....but I'll take my chances with SD here.

Atl -137 (Smoltz) to make 1 unit.

Plain and simple logic here. Atlanta is hot, Philly has just about packed it in. Couple that with Smoltz who I believe has an ERA around 1.6 over his last 4 starts, and I like it even if I'm the road team.

I like Boston later tonight, but I'll have to see how I do early before playing it. But, I did go to the well one more time for my old reliable play:

Fla -1.5 (+150 - Olsen)/Bal -1.5 (+111 - Bedard) parlay 2 units to make just over 8.

Didn't work out so well last night, but I'm stubborn.....play against the two worst teams in the majors, and lay the runs. Ordinarily KC is part of this equation, but I just don't trust Colon yet, as he had a lenghty stint on the DL, not to mention he's fat. Plus, KC's HOT, winning 1 in a row, so I'm not about to #### with their streak.

I also like Cleveland tonight.....but the juice was too high for me to play.

10 units on AZ -107

Thats right laying it down on Enrique Gonzalez.

I will be at the game tonight :banned: :banned: :banned: and if Enrique blows it look for me on sportscenter

Just kidding. I am looking forward to game. I would feel better if it was Webb but this is what I got.

Dbacks have injuries. I really dont like this bet but I am doing it anyway for fun.

I am stoked to go to the game.

Get to see the Drew brothers play against each other for the first time. I saw Steohen on a Dbacks show here and he said they have never been on opposing teams until tonight. Sounds similar to the Tiki/Rhonde Barber thing.
We got back home around midnight last night. This game was awesome to be at. The whole family had a blast and my account got a much needed boost.I am looking at CWS today and I may hit Gonzalez again tonight.

We were in the left field bleachers and Byrnes is a pretty funny guy in the outfield. He really plays to the crowd.

I'm in the mood to gamble tonight.

Played the following:

SF -1.5 (Schmidt) +144 for 2 units

Not a big SF fan, but I'm at home, and I have their ace. That and the +144 were too tempting to pass up.

AZ (Gonzalez) -121 for 2 units

Again, I'm going home team....no big rationale here just a feel.

Last night was a strange one. Had the Mets pretty big, but ElDuque didn't start, so that one was a wash.

Lost a Braves bet, but made up for that with a RL parlay that "hit" after Bedard was scratched. I had went out to dinner, and didn't really pay attention, just watched ESPN. Woke up this morning expecting to be down about 3 units, but I was up almost 1  So tonight's plays are kinda found money :banned:

I really want in on this after last nights debacle, but I don't want to ruin it for the rest of you.All of the Phillies - Brett Myers = :hot: :hot:

I'm on the following parlay tonight:

LAA -1.5 (Lackey)/NYM -1.5 (Trachsel) 2 units to win a bit over 6

Ice cold here, but I liked this one enough to send it in. Lackey been pitching great all year, and the Angels have been playing well of late. Their offense concerns me slightly, but I think Lackey should keep the Rays under 3 runs tonight, so if I get 5 I'm good.

The Mets are the best of the NL right now, and Maddux is a glorified BP pitcher. After starting out 5-0 he has been awful. Trachsel should pitch well enough to keep the Cubs bats cool...oh, and DLee back on the DL for the Cubs. Works for me.

g'luck
