It's another snowy weekend here it looks like. Killing time before I go to retrieve my ex from a 3-week stay on a locked hospital ward.
The title of the video got my attention at first. "Basketball Jesus". How can one not love that? Well, unless they really do love Jesus, I suppose, but that's beside the point.
Anyhow, after watching the video, I was so reminded of my mother. She would sit downstairs and watch the Celtics and Larry Bird play every game of his career, I think, while crocheting one thing or another. After she passed, there were countless crocheted blankets, pillows, doilies,
needlepoint pictures... 50 years with of that stuff all made sitting while watching either the Celtics, Red Sox, Patriots, or Bruins.
