Belichick on Mike & Mike this morning...... (1 Viewer)

I got to work before Mike & Mike got Belichick on the phone on ESPN radio this morning. Was there anything good that came out of the conversation? I didn't see any other thread and there is nothing posted on ESPN.

I did find it humorous, at the end of the interview Golic mentioned that Belichick was supposed to be on in the first hour of the show, but was LATE (and had to be on in the 2nd half). Golic mentioned they thought about "sending him home" (or something to that affect). It was even funnier, that Greenberg didn't "get it" at first. Pretty funny.

He managed to speak for ten minutes without actually saying anything.

Guess he's had a lot of practice doing that.

My favorite was when he was asked if he saw Moss was dogging it when he saw the tape of last week's game.

His answer was basically that Moss has been a great asset to the team since they acquired him.

So by virtue of what he didn't say, the answer was YES.

Really? Didn't he also say something along the lines of "15 seconds of play don't represent the entire 60 minutes of the game"?

At the very end of his comments he added that.If he meant his answer to be that Moss didn't dog it in that game, he didn't say that. It was an easy black and white question that he clearly avoided answering directly. And even that bit he added at the end still doesn't answer the question.

In all seriousness, what coach is ever going to call out one of their star players for dogging it on a radio show?
