This is solely a decision based on where you are in the standings and what the keeper restrictions are.  This is giving away future potential for the now.  If you are in a title hunt and this puts you over the top I would consider it but it is a lot to pay for Bell.  The decision would hinge on the chances Bell brings me the title this year or not.
