Ben Watson/CBS Scoring error? (1 Viewer)

I beat my week 3 opponent 100-99...or so I thought.

Watgson's stats were 6 catches for 66 yds howevere, sometime overnight, CBS Sportsline adjusted Watson's totals to 54 yards. According to NFL.com play-by-play game summary, he had all 6 catches 9one in the 3rd qtr for 12 yds at the 2:30 mark). I'm assuming this is the one thay have taken away. No points have been taken away from Brady or added to any olther NE RB or WR.

So n ow I end up tying my opponent 99-99.

I'm obviuosly miffed about this and have not found anything to verify Watson's "official" stats from Sunday. has anyone else been effected by this?

MFL posted this message today:

There was an error made by the statisticians tracking the Broncos-Patriots Sunday night game. With 2:31 remaining in the third quarter, Benjamin Watson (TE-New England) was credited with a 12-yard reception. But that catch was actually made by tight end Daniel Graham. So the following stats changes have been made: * Watson: from 6 receptions for 66 yards to 5 for 54 yards.* Graham: from 1 reception for 7 yards to 2 for 19 yards. This error was corrected by the NFL on Tuesday morning after your league results were already calculated and published. To correct this, we've updated the stats for your league and have recalculated the results for your leagues now.

Conversely, I got the clear #1 waiver spot (based on lowest points scored over the season) because of this scoring change while still getting much needed win> Now I'm taking MoMo with said first selection. Huzzah! :banned:
